The purpose of the Women in Tech Mentorship Program is to support the next generation of women in tech by building relations among female founders and entrepreneurial minds in the Copenhagen tech community. We believe in the power of knowledge sharing, and the Mentorship program aims to help create a diverse and more balanced workforce by encouraging and guiding women in their tech careers.

Who are you?

You are a professional, ambitious and driven woman who is working within tech, entrepreneurship or has started her own company. You want to advance your skill-set and get guidance within specific professional challenges, above more general career advice. Maybe you need help to navigate the funding jungle, lay out a social media strategy or create a growth plan for your company.

We expect you to drive the meetings with your mentor, and being 150% committed to the relationship.

The setup

The mentor-mentee relationship will run for 3 months - after this period, it is up to both of you to decide if you want to proceed. We recommend bi-weekly meetings with focus on specific professional challenges. The setup of the meetings and selection of topics will be driven by the mentee. We are aiming to start the program in beginning of May.
